Deep Sleep Hypnosis

Privacy policy

What personal information this site collects, why, where it goes and what your rights are, in plain English.

Last updated: 18 October 2026.

Who we are

Deep Sleep Hypnosis (deepsleephypnosis.com) is run by Digital Alchemy FZ-LLC, the company behind Adam Cox’s hypnotherapy work. For anything to do with your personal information, email adam@adamcox.co.uk and Adam will reply personally.

The short version

  • Reading this site does not require you to give us any personal information.
  • The sleep hypnosis suitability test works in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you ask for your result by email.
  • If you ask for the free sleep session, we use your first name and email address to send it, plus a few short emails with sleep tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • We only use Google and Meta cookies if you say yes to them.
  • We never sell your information or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

What we collect and why

1. Free sleep session sign-up

When you ask for the free sleep session, our sign-up page (on go.deepsleephypnosis.com, run by Systeme.io) collects your first name and email address, the date you signed up and the wording you agreed to. We use this to send you the session and a short series of emails with sleep tips and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Our emails use standard tracking to show whether an email was opened or a link clicked, so we can remove people who no longer read them. Please do not send us details about your health through the sign-up form.

2. Your sleep test result by email

If you ask for your sleep test result by email, the test sends us your first name, your email address and your result: your sleep goal, your scores, your result and any answers in the safety check that affected it, such as snoring, daytime sleepiness, low mood or a health condition you ticked. We use this only to send you your result. It is sent from our Google Workspace email account by our automation tool, n8n, which runs on our Hostinger server. Your safety answers are health information, so we only receive them with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We keep a working record for up to 30 days in case something goes wrong, then it is deleted.

If you also tick the box for sleep tips, your first name, email address, sleep goal, and a sleep tip and session link that match it, are added to our email list on Systeme.io, and you get a short series of emails with sleep tips and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Your safety answers are never added to the email list.

3. Bookings and payments

Consultations and sessions are booked and paid for on our booking pages (courses.adamcox.co.uk), which run on Systeme.io. We receive your name, contact details and what you bought. Card payments are handled by the payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

4. Downloads from The Hypnotist’s Store

Hypnosis downloads are sold through our Shopify stores. Shopify handles those orders under its own privacy notice.

5. Emails you send us

If you email us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you. Please do not send detailed medical information by email.

6. Website logs

Like almost every website, our web host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Cookies and similar technology

This site asks before using any non-essential cookies. A banner on your first visit asks whether I can use cookies from Google and Meta. If you say yes, Google Analytics and Google Ads record which pages you visit and which of my adverts, if any, brought you here, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) records that your browser visited this site so I can show my adverts on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited. Google and Meta are not told your name, your email address, anything you type on this site or your answers to the suitability test. If you say no, nothing from Google or Meta is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

If you use the light or dark switch at the top of the page, your choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it, and so is your cookie choice. These are not sent to us. To show prices in the right currency, the site checks your device’s time zone in your browser; this is not sent to us either.

Our free session sign-up page (go.deepsleephypnosis.com) and our booking pages (courses.adamcox.co.uk) ask the same question before using Google cookies. If you say yes, Google Ads and Google Analytics record that you visited and which of our adverts, if any, brought you there. Google does not receive your name, your email address or anything you type into the form. If you say no, nothing from Google is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of those pages.
